HOW THE AMWAY SALES AND MARKETING PLAN WORKS

The Plan provides for many levels of reward based on the product sales of your independent business. Amway uses a Performance Bonus Schedule based on percentages to calculate the amount of bonus. In general terms the greater the Group Volume the higher the percentage of  the Performance Bonus you may qualify to receive.

Points Value (PV)

The Points Value is a figure assigned to a product which determines the level of Performance Bonus qualification, ranging from 3% to 21%.

Business Volume (BV)

The Business Volume is a value assigned to a product which determines your Performance Bonus. The ratio between BV and PV indicates how much Business Volume you need to produce in a certain currency in order to reach 1 PV. These ratios may vary from country to country and change when product prices change.

Performance Bonus Schedule

Full details of how bonuses are calculated can be found in the ‘Building Your Business’ section of the Business Information Guide contained in theAmway Starter Kit Tier Two, or by contacting us directly.

The following examples illustrate the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan:

In our examples we assume for the sake of simplicity that you and the other new IBOs each reach 200 PV  a month. For the purpose of these examples the ratio between PV and BV is 1 PV = 9,35 BV.  The Performance Bonus is shown in Croatian Kuna (HRK)

Example 1:

Assuming your monthly retail sales are equal to 200 PV, your gross income would be as follows:

Example 2:

Let us now assume that you introduce (sponsor) six other IBOs (listed below as A to F), each of whom generate 200 PV in a month, while you personally retail 200 PV a month. Your total Group Volume would total 1400 PV and your gross income would be as follows:

And this is just the start!
